Summary: Five stars are simply not enough to describe my experience at Aïda Hôtel & Spa. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from Carolina – she was absolutely exceptional. Warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire hotel. Valentine was also great – helpful and kind – but Carolina truly stood out. The spa was peaceful and beautifully maintained – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was rich, well-presented, and full of delicious options to suit every taste. And the view from the room was breathtaking – calm and panoramic, adding to the overall serenity of the stay. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.
